Step 1: To enter into Dayspring Corporate Wellness page, click

Step 2: If this is your first time here, please create a new account.

If you have an existing account, kindly login with your NRIC as the user name, password as you have registered and the security code as displayed on screen.

Step 3: Select ‘Register for health screening’.

If you are attending the health screening as a member of the public, please select ‘@Dayspring Screening Centre’

If you are attending the health screening extension for your corporate, please select ‘@your organisation, For corporate clients only, CIC required to enjoy corporate rates.’ Please refer to the invitation email from your health screening coordinator for the CIC.

Step 4: Indicate your preferred date & time, as well as your desired health screening package. Should you be interested in taking up the LUXE or LOVE package, please call in to 6838 0123.

Step 5: Complete the health survey.

Step 6: You are done with the registration! Note that you will receive an email confirmation upon completion of registration. Please bring along this email confirmation on date of your screening.
